Returns Policy

We offer Returns should you change your mind for any reason within 60 days of purchase. Both our Returns and Refund policy does not apply to:

  1. a) Items that have been purchased as part of a special deal, as a sale, or at a discounted price
    b) Earrings and/or other piercing jewellery for hygiene and safety purposes

  2. For all Returns, the customer must contact Yunina Fashion within 60 days of purchasing the item.

POSTAGE FEES
The customer will hold full responsibility in covering the postage fees for any return items if there has been a change of mind after purchasing an item and a successful refund has been arranged (see Refund Policy).

REFUND POLICY
For full money-back refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be returned to Yunina Fashion with the original packaging. If any labels or tags were attached, these must also be intact upon the item return.
  2. The item must be returned with the original receipt or invoice. 
  3. Photo evidence of the item condition may also be required. Yunina Fashion reserves the right to refuse a full refund if insufficient evidence of the item condition is provided prior to its return.

​Yunina Fashion reserves the right to review all Returns and/or Refund Requests on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be made for any postage fees paid previously in shipping the item.


CLAIMS ON DAMAGED GOODS
​As part of our quality control measures, we take care to ensure that all items are in brand new and undamaged condition prior to packaging. We also take care to ensure that all items are packaged suitably for shipping purposes. Any damages incurred during the shipping process is beyond the control of Yunina Fashion. We will not hold liability for any damages incurred due to shipping.

If you wish to make a claim on damaged goods, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Detailed photo evidence showing the parcel and item condition upon delivery
  2. You may request to have the item cost refunded. Any postage fee(s) paid previously in shipping the item is non-refundable.
